When you do your roof pay attention to!
Proper flashing installation
Step flashing along the walls.
Ice an weather shield on the edges of your roof.
Proper ventylation (ridgevent or other vents)
Your playwood, some of it might have to be replaced.
Flashing around your skylights.
Proper flashing and counter flashing of your chimney.
In NJ make sure that you have 6 nails in each shingle.
